Join a national executive compensation group at a leading U.S. law firm with a strong technology and life‑sciences client base. The team advises public and private companies on complex compensation design and compliance and regularly supports transactional matters.

The role involves counseling on executive and employee incentive arrangements across mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting and offerings, and routine compensation counseling. Matters frequently present novel tax and securities issues and require close coordination with corporate and tax teams.

The firm is seeking a mid‑level associate with demonstrated executive compensation experience and the ability to handle technical, high‑stakes matters for sophisticated clients.

  • 4–6 years post‑qualification experience in executive compensation or related tax/securities practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of Section 409A, 280G, applicable tax rules and securities laws governing employee incentives
  • Experience supporting M&A and public company matters preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; superior academic credentials
  • J.D. and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
