Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate — Employment & Labor (Austin)

Leading national law firm seeks an Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate to join its US practice. The role focuses on executive compensation matters within the broader employment and labor practice and supports transactional work for corporate clients.

Candidates may be based in Austin or another US office; the team works across multiple locations. The firm is building its bench in executive compensation and is seeking associates who can contribute on day-to-day client matters and larger transactions.

• 1–8 years' experience in executive compensation and benefits, preferably in a law firm or equivalent environment.
• Experience on transactional matters preferred (e.g., M&A, equity plans, change-in-control arrangements).
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-service skills; ability to work across offices and with deal teams.
