The position involves advising on executive compensation matters across transactional and advisory contexts, including plan design, equity awards, deferred compensation, change-in-control arrangements, and related compliance issues. Candidates will collaborate with cross-practice teams on deals and client-focused projects.
- 1–8 years' experience in executive compensation and benefits at a law firm or equivalent.
- Experience on transactional matters preferred (M&A, securities work, or similar).
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills on compensation documents and plan materials.
- Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
