Seeking an associate to join a U.S.-wide employment & labor team with a focus on executive compensation and benefits. The role is open to candidates who can be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices.

The position involves advising on executive compensation matters across transactional and advisory contexts, including plan design, equity awards, deferred compensation, change-in-control arrangements, and related compliance issues. Candidates will collaborate with cross-practice teams on deals and client-focused projects.

  • 1–8 years' experience in executive compensation and benefits at a law firm or equivalent.
  • Experience on transactional matters preferred (M&A, securities work, or similar).
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills on compensation documents and plan materials.
  • Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
