Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate — New York (multiple-office role)

Seeking a junior-to-mid-level associate to join a national executive compensation and employee benefits group. The team advises on a broad range of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, with work spanning qualified plans, health & welfare programs, and M&A-related benefits matters.

The role will collaborate with an experienced, cross-office team and handle both transactional and advisory matters. The firm offers a competitive total compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• J.D. and membership (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Junior-to-mid-level experience in executive compensation and employee benefits (qualified plans, health & welfare, executive compensation).
• Experience on M&A-related benefits work or transactional employee benefits matters preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills; able to work collaboratively across offices.
