- J.D. and membership (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
- Junior-to-mid-level experience in executive compensation and employee benefits (qualified plans, health & welfare, executive compensation).
- Experience on M&A-related benefits work or transactional employee benefits matters preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills; able to work collaboratively across offices.
