Experienced Corporate Associate — Hong Kong

Leading international firm seeks experienced corporate/transactional lawyer to join its Hong Kong office. The role involves advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work for regional and global clients.

The team offers exposure to complex, high-value deals and collaborative work across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and deal teams on transaction structuring, documentation and client-facing tasks.

• Established experience in corporate transactional work at an international or regional law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience preparing transaction documents and commercial agreements.
• Comfortable working on cross-border matters and coordinating with overseas teams.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills; ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
