Experienced Corporate Associate — Los Angeles

Growing international firm seeks experienced corporate lawyer to join its Los Angeles team. The role will support cross-border corporate matters and transactional work for a diverse, multinational client base.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively with partners and senior associates on deal execution, client-facing work and project management across corporate and transactional matters. The team offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions and opportunities for professional development within a global platform.

• Qualified attorney admitted to practice in California (or eligible for reciprocity)
• Several years' experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, or similar)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Excellent academic background and proven teamwork/communication skills
