Qualified lawyer with several years' post-qualification transactional corporate experience.
Admission to practice in Poland or equivalent qualification; strong knowledge of Polish company law.
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English for international work.
Strong drafting, negotiating and commercial judgment; ability to work in client-facing teams.
