Experienced Corporate Lawyer — M&A & Corporate, Castres

Join an established French business law practice to advise clients across the full life cycle of companies: formation, governance, routine corporate work, restructurings, high‑level financing and transfers. You will work on varied, technical matters including fundraisings, M&A and private equity transactions.

• Qualified avocat(e) admitted to the French bar (or equivalent) with several years' post‑qualification experience in corporate law
• Proven experience on M&A, private equity and corporate governance matters
• Strong drafting and client‑advisory skills; ability to manage transactions and work autonomously
• Fluency in French and ability to work with regional and national teams
