Experienced Corporate Lawyer (M&A & Private Equity) — Castres

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join a well-established, nationally active business law firm’s Castres office. The role covers the full corporate lifecycle: entity formation, governance and shareholder arrangements, routine corporate support, and transactional work including fundraisings, M&A and private equity matters.

The post offers exposure to varied and complex assignments, close day-to-day work with company leaders, and a practical, business-focused advisory approach. You will join a small local team within a larger regional group and benefit from structured technical training and clear progression opportunities.

• Qualified avocat admitted to practice in France
• Proven experience in corporate law with transactional work (M&A, fundraisings, private equity)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills (corporate documents, shareholder agreements)
• Comfortable advising company executives and working in a multidisciplinary team
• Fluent in French; good commercial judgment and client-facing skills
