Experienced Corporate & Litigation Lawyer — Carcassonne

Large regional practice is seeking an experienced business lawyer to join its Carcassonne office within a multidisciplinary regional team. The role combines advisory corporate work and commercial/patrimonial litigation for a varied client base (SMEs, mid‑market groups and institutions).

You will work autonomously on matters including corporate governance, corporate secretarial follow‑up and commercial disputes (including lease and inter‑company litigation), advising clients both in preventive and contentious stages. The position includes responsibility for client relationship management and contributing to business development in the region.

• Qualified French avocat/bar admission and proven experience in corporate law and commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, litigation advocacy and contract‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a small team and to manage a varied client portfolio.
• Commercial mindset with experience in client development and retention.
