Join a growing Casualty Injury (Employers' Liability / Public Liability) team handling a varied and high-quality EL/PL personal injury caseload. The team offers structured training, collaboration, and clear progression for lawyers wanting to deepen technical expertise in EL/PL litigation.

This role combines managing your own multi-track claims with a supervisory remit overseeing a small paralegal team. You will be responsible for progressing files to conclusion, supporting people development, and contributing to team financial and performance targets.

There is scope to get involved in client-facing work and business development activities such as training, events and clinics. Flexible working (remote/office/hybrid) across the UK is available.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with 4+ years' PQE.
Experience handling personal injury or litigation caseloads, preferably EL/PL or similar matters.
Comfortable supervising and developing junior staff; prior supervisory experience desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical skills; commercially aware and client-focused.
IT‑literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; committed to meeting SLAs, protocols and KPIs.
