Join a well-established national Motor Injury team handling complex motor-related claims for major insurers and corporate clients. The team provides end-to-end claims work, from pre-emptive advice and investigations through to litigation, on matters often valued at £100k+ to multi-million pounds.

This role suits an experienced solicitor or chartered legal executive seeking to run a substantial caseload in a collaborative, commercially focused environment with clear opportunities for progression and business development contribution.

Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with significant experience in motor injury/personal injury claims
Experience of RTA, employer’s liability, public liability, large loss, catastrophic and complex injury matters
Ability to run own caseload of complex files, devise and implement clear case strategies
Strong commercial awareness, client-handling and negotiation skills
High level of compliance with protocols and an ability to meet SLAs, KPIs and financial targets
Team-oriented, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues; proactive in business development activity
