Experienced Trade Mark Attorney — Intellectual Property, Bristol

Join a highly regarded UK law firm’s market-leading IP team as a UK-qualified Trade Mark Attorney. The role offers exposure to complex, commercially focused trademark work on behalf of prominent international brands across retail, FMCG, media and consumer sectors.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Bristol with flexible working considered (including hybrid or relocation to an expanding London office). You will work across contentious and non-contentious matters—advising on clearance, global filing strategy, registry proceedings and enforcement—while collaborating with a close-knit team of IP and commercial lawyers.

• UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney qualification.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in trade marks (contentious and non-contentious experience desirable).
• Practical experience with trade mark clearance, global filings/portfolio management and enforcement/registry proceedings.
• Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; experience supervising junior colleagues desirable.
