Senior Family partner role to lead and grow an established national Family team from a regional office in the UK. You will be responsible for building a high-quality local practice aligned with wider national strategy and delivering technical, high-value advice for complex family matters.

The team acts for a varied, high-net-worth and international client base and benefits from full-service firm support to provide joined-up advice across private client, corporate, property, employment and dispute resolution.

This role combines client-facing casework with business development, team leadership and mentoring responsibilities, and offers autonomy to develop your practice alongside firmwide resources.

Experienced family lawyer at partner or senior level, ready to lead a regional practice
Proven technical ability handling complex and high-value family matters, including HNW and international clients
Track record of business development and generating referrals; commercially minded with an established network
Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with experience mentoring junior lawyers
