This role is open across multiple UK offices and supports flexible working arrangements.

Proven experience in employment law with significant exposure to the education or higher‑education sector.
Senior level (senior associate or partner) with track record of advising on complex employment matters and stakeholder management.
Ability to develop and grow a sector‑focused practice and to lead client relationships.
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with strong drafting, advisory and advocacy skills.
