A leading international, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced pensions lawyer to join its established London pensions practice. The team advises trustees, employers and other stakeholders across the full spectrum of pensions matters, delivering strategic and practical advice in a complex and fast-moving area of law.

You will work directly with partners and senior lawyers, taking responsibility for high-quality, complex pensions work and building trusted client relationships. The role spans significant pensions projects and transactions, as well as collaborative work with colleagues across corporate and restructuring matters where pensions advice forms part of larger instructions.

This is an opportunity to develop both technical expertise and commercial experience within a genuinely international platform, contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice while supervising and supporting more junior colleagues.

Strong pensions law experience gained within a recognised pensions practice
6+ years' PQE
Excellent technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex pensions issues into clear, commercial advice
Confidence working directly with clients and developing trusted relationships
Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A commercial, solutions-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Interest in business development and the growth of the practice
