We are seeking an experienced Employment lawyer to join a large, specialist employment team within a global law firm. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for major employers across a range of sectors including education, technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities.

The role involves managing complex Employment Tribunal litigation, providing non-contentious advice, and contributing to project work. You will work directly with partners and the wider team, advising on ground-breaking and high-profile cases, multi-jurisdictional projects, and high-value litigation in the Employment Tribunals and High Court.

The team has an outstanding reputation for quality advice and works closely with government departments and employers' groups on the development of employment law. You will supervise junior team members and have the opportunity to work across a national team of lawyers.

4–8 years' PQE in employment law
Experience of managing complex Employment Tribunal litigation and non-contentious advisory work
Ability to handle competing demands from multiple transactions simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience supervising and supporting junior colleagues
Excellent client care skills, including advising on high-profile cases
Training skills, including design and delivery of bespoke and public training material
Strong IT skills and ability to deliver innovative advice solutions
