Well-established UK law practice is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its Glasgow family team. The team advises on the full range of family matters, including children and complex financial cases, and acts for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals and public bodies.

The role involves managing your own caseload, preparing court hearings (Sheriff Court and Court of Session experience desirable), supervising junior staff and support colleagues, and contributing to business development and marketing for the team. You will work to departmental KPIs and quality standards while delivering a client-focused service.

Minimum 2 years PQE in family law
Experience across children and financial remedy matters; exposure to high-value/complex cases desirable
Court experience in Scottish courts (Sheriff Court/Court of Session) preferred
Strong communication, IT, time-management and organisational skills
Ability to supervise junior staff and contribute to business development
