FDA & Healthcare Regulatory Associate — Washington, DC

Mid-level associate role in a national FDA and healthcare regulatory practice advising life‑sciences, food & beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, and medical device clients on U.S. regulatory, compliance, and marketplace issues. The team handles full product‑lifecycle matters including pre‑market strategy, labeling and advertising, safety and compliance, adverse event reporting, recalls, and agency inspections.

The position is client‑facing and requires ownership of matters, close collaboration across practice groups, and the ability to provide clear, practical advice to fast‑moving brands and retailers. • 3–5 years’ experience in FDA/healthcare regulatory work at a law firm or at FDA/USDA; food regulatory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience counseling on labeling, advertising/promotions, product safety/compliance, adverse event reporting, recalls, and inspection remediation.
• Comfortable managing matters independently and working directly with clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across practice teams.
• Admission to an appropriate state bar or eligibility to waive in.
