FEHA Employment Attorney — Employment & Labor, Los Angeles

Established national law firm is seeking a California-licensed employment attorney to join its Los Angeles team handling FEHA, wage-and-hour, and discrimination matters. The role focuses on litigation and counseling across state employment law issues, with substantial courtroom and motion practice.

Ideal candidates will work on matters from inception through trial and interact directly with clients and internal teams. The group offers a range of flexible work arrangements and a national platform of employment resources.

• Minimum 3 years of substantive employment litigation experience, including FEHA and wage-&-hour matters
• Active license to practice in California
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; courtroom and motion experience preferred
• Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate with client teams
