Join a leading international law firm's Dubai finance team to advise on a broad range of domestic and cross‑border banking and finance matters. The role offers exposure to leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending and restructuring across the GCC.

You will support transactions across the full lifecycle — structuring, documentation, negotiation and closing — working closely with corporate and projects colleagues to deliver integrated solutions for lenders, sponsors, private equity and corporates. Early client contact and meaningful responsibility are available in a fast‑paced, transactional practice.

At least 2 years' post‑qualification experience in banking & finance law
Transactional finance experience (leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance desirable)
Strong drafting and document negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines
Commercial awareness, attention to detail and a client‑focused approach
