Finance Associate — Lending (New York)

Mid-to-senior level finance associate role on a national lending team. The position focuses on complex debt financings for acquisition, buyout, restructuring and special-situations transactions, with work for both lender and borrower-side parties.

Team members work on syndicated and bilateral financings, representing investment and commercial banks, BDCs and private equity sponsors. The role offers flexibility on office location within the U.S. and substantial exposure to sponsor finance matters and restructuring-driven transactions.

• Mid-to-senior associate with sponsor- or lender-side finance experience
• Track record on leveraged financings, acquisition and buyout financings, restructurings or special situations
• Comfortable handling syndicated and bilateral lending transactions and related documentation
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-communication skills
