Top-tier finance team seeks a mid-to-senior level associate with strong lending experience for complex corporate financings. Work will focus on sponsor- and lender-side matters including acquisition financings, buyouts, restructurings and special-situations transactions.

The role offers flexibility on U.S. office location but will be based in New York for the current hiring round. You will collaborate on high-value syndicated and bilateral financings for banks, BDCs and private-equity-backed borrowers across industry sectors.

Mid to senior associate with demonstrable lender- or sponsor-side experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance or restructuring-related lending
Experience representing banks, investment/commercial lenders, BDCs or private-equity borrowers on complex financings
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills on syndicated and bilateral facilities
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred
