Growing finance team at a leading national law firm is seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate with strong lender- or sponsor-side leveraged finance experience. The role will work on sophisticated corporate financings, including acquisition and buyout financings, restructurings and special situations.

Candidates will join a transaction-focused practice that advises banks, investment and commercial lenders, BDCs and private equity sponsors on complex debt financings. The team is collaborative and handles cross‑border and domestic matters for institutional clients.

Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with documented leveraged finance experience (lender or borrower/private equity side)
Experience on syndicated loans, unitranche facilities, acquisition financings, restructurings and related documentation
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on sizable, time‑sensitive transactions
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to secure admission; LL.M. or equivalent where applicable
