Seeking a junior finance associate to join a Dallas-based finance practice focused on leveraged finance and complex credit transactions. The role involves working on acquisition financings, leveraged loans and credit facilities for financial institutions, private credit funds and sponsors.

The position offers direct client contact, substantial drafting and negotiation responsibility on credit agreements and closing documentation, and strong training with a clear path to increased responsibility and partner interaction.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
2–5 years' experience on finance transactions, including leveraged loans and acquisition financings
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and closing documents; lender- or borrower-side experience a plus
Admission to and good standing with the Texas bar
