Growing finance team seeks a mid-level associate with strong debt finance experience and a focus on media & entertainment transactions. This position sits in the Sports, Media & Entertainment practice and supports financings across music, film, TV, sports and related media assets.

Work includes representing lenders, agents, borrowers and issuers on senior, junior, mezzanine and structured/ABS transactions, as well as acquisition and acquisition-financing work involving catalogs, libraries and other media content. Hybrid role with regular in-office presence and some remote flexibility.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant state (LA or NY).
Minimum 4 years of debt finance experience at a law firm, with track record on secured lending transactions.
Experience representing agents, lenders, borrowers or issuers on senior, junior, mezzanine or structured financings.
Strong drafting, negotiating, analytical and writing skills; attention to detail and good business judgment.
Experience with media/entertainment asset financings (music, film/TV, catalogs) and private credit or ABS/structured financings preferred.
