Top-tier Houston office seeks a mid‑level to senior finance associate to join a busy lending and structured finance team. The role provides sustained, high‑value deal exposure across commercial bank, private credit, sponsor, and borrower representations.

Suitable candidates will work on a broad range of financings — including senior- and junior-secured loans, mezzanine financing, acquisition and leveraged financings, reserve‑based and project financings, securitizations, and other structured credit investments. Cross‑practice collaboration with energy, projects and corporate teams is a regular feature of the practice.

J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the U.S.
Approximately 4+ years' finance/financial services transactional experience (class of 2022 or earlier)
Experience representing lenders, sponsors, borrowers or investors on leveraged, acquisition, secured, mezzanine, reserve‑based, project, securitization or other structured financings
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage transactions and maintain client relationships
Experience with private credit, data center financing or alternative capital transactions is a plus
