Leading national law firm seeks a finance associate or senior associate to join its Dallas finance team. The role focuses on leveraged and debt finance matters, offering substantial exposure to complex, market-defining transactions and hands-on responsibility on deals.

Successful candidates will work on a range of debt and hybrid investment financings alongside experienced lenders and sponsors, with opportunities for direct client contact and professional development in a collaborative team environment.

J.D. class of 2022 or earlier with 4+ years' relevant experience.
Solid debt finance background — leveraged finance, acquisition financings, senior- and junior-secured loans, mezzanine financings.
Experience representing commercial banks, private credit lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, or investors.
Private credit, data center financing, or alternative capital experience a plus; strong drafting, deal management, and client-facing skills required.
