Leading national law firm is seeking a finance associate or senior associate for its New York office to join a busy lending practice. The role focuses on leveraged and acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, private credit and alternative lender transactions for both borrowers and lenders.

The position offers work at the intersection of banking, capital markets, private equity and restructuring, with significant deal exposure, direct client contact and structured associate training. Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills are expected, and the team provides opportunities for early business development and relationship-building.

J.D. qualified; graduating class 2022 or earlier (4+ years post-qualification experience)
Experience representing corporate borrowers and/or lenders on institutional term loans, syndicated facilities, acquisition financings, leveraged lending, and/or private credit transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment across banking and private equity matters
