Leading national law firm seek an experienced partner to join and grow its Chicago finance practice. The role will focus on originating and executing complex financing matters, supervising deal teams and deepening client relationships across a range of finance work.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within the team, contributing to practice strategy, mentoring associates and driving business development. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of bringing new client instructions is valued.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions.
Proven origination and client development ability; portable practice a plus.
Strong technical skills in finance matters and experience leading deal teams.
Bar admission and qualifications relevant to practice in Chicago.
