Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Finance & Banking partner to join its Chicago office. The role focuses on originating and leading complex banking and finance matters, advising lenders and borrowers across commercial lending matters.

The position is ideal for a partner with an established mid-market and/or regional lending practice who can manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the office s finance platform. The team handles a variety of lending transactions across industries.

Established partner-level finance and banking practice with experience on commercial lending and related transactions
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination pipeline is welcome
Strong drafting, deal management, and mentoring experience; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
