Leading US law-firm Corporate Debt team is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Los Angeles office with experience on syndicated lending, secured transactions and commercial finance matters. The role focuses on borrower-side work for private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities; exposure to debt capital markets is a plus.

The successful candidate will work on multiple transactions, coordinating with deal teams and clients, drafting and negotiating financing documentation, and managing closing processes. Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
