Join a well-established Housing & Transition Finance group advising on high-value social housing and transition finance transactions across the UK and internationally. The team advises registered providers, funders and investors on bond issuances, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loans, sustainability-linked financings and other innovative funding structures.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including social housing finance, education and healthcare financings, and pan-EMEA transition finance across asset classes such as renewables, large-scale retrofit, digital infrastructure and other sustainable infrastructure projects. You will be involved on live transactions, product development and client-facing regulatory engagement.

Qualified solicitor/advocate with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in finance or banking transactions.
Strong experience on lending and capital markets matters (bonds, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loans); familiarity with LMA documentation.
Proven drafting and transactional execution skills on complex financings; comfortable with bespoke documentation.
Client-facing, commercial, proactive and able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
