Financial & Fintech Advisory Associate — Washington, D.C. or New York

Leading Financial & Fintech Advisory team seeks an experienced associate to join its Washington, D.C. or New York office. The group handles high‑profile transactional, regulatory and enforcement matters across the financial services and fintech sectors, including bank partnerships, platform licensing, M&A, mortgage servicing transactions, and regulatory structuring.

The role is transactional and regulatory in focus: you will manage deal components, support regulatory diligence and structuring, and work across cross‑functional teams on complex, market‑leading matters. The group emphasizes collegiality, formal training, and mentoring to support career development.

Candidates must be able to sit in either the New York or Washington, D.C. office and hold membership in the relevant state bar.

• At least 5 years of relevant transactional or in‑house experience in financial services/fintech.
• Admission to the New York or Washington, D.C. bar (membership in the relevant state required).
• Experience with bank structuring, platform integrations, M&A or mortgage/servicing transactions preferred.
• Strong client service skills, project management ability, and comfort managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
