Financial Lines Associate — Insurance (Basking Ridge, NJ)

Join a global insurance-focused practice as a Financial Lines Associate handling coverage and defense work across financial institutions, D&O, management liability, professional liability and related lines. The role is part of a nationally integrated team and can be based in Basking Ridge with hybrid and cross-office collaboration across several U.S. cities.

Ideal candidates will work on contentious insurance matters for carriers and insureds, contribute to client-facing work and support marketing and thought-leadership initiatives. The firm provides structured training, mentoring, and opportunities for secondments and international collaboration.

• Minimum 3 years litigation/dispute-resolution experience in financial lines coverage (e.g., financial institutions, D&O, management liability, professional liability, bank liability, crime/fidelity, EPL, representations & warranties)
• Active admission and good standing in the relevant state; additional state admissions advantageous
• Demonstrated interest in business development, client-facing work and thought leadership
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client service skills; experience with insurer-side disputes preferred
