We are seeking a Hong Kong-qualified associate to join a busy financial markets team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on Hong Kong IPOs, capital markets transactions and listed-company compliance work, on an on-site basis.

The team advises on a broad range of equity and private-market matters for issuers and sponsors. The successful candidate will work on deal execution and compliance matters in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with regional lawyers.

Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 1–5 years PQE
Practical experience on HK IPOs, capital markets transactions and listed company compliance
Strong drafting skills in English and Chinese; high-quality written and spoken Mandarin and English
Comfortable working under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
