Financial Restructuring Associate — New York, NY

Leading New York office seeking a mid-level financial restructuring associate to join a busy bankruptcy and restructuring practice. The role involves representation of creditor constituencies—particularly secured creditors—in large, complex restructurings both in and out of chapter 11.

Work will include a mix of transactional and contested matters, with opportunities to handle plan negotiations, forbearance and workout agreements, creditor litigation, and other restructuring-related processes. The team routinely works on high-profile, multi-party matters.

• 3–6 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience at a major law firm
• Demonstrated experience representing creditors, especially secured lenders, in both transactional and litigation contexts
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; comfortable managing complex multi-party matters
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to work in the U.S. jurisdiction where the role is based
