Top-tier law firm seeking a 3–6 year associate to join its Washington, DC restructuring & bankruptcy team. The role focuses on large, complex restructurings both in and out of chapter proceedings and combines transactional work with contested litigation.

The team represents creditor constituencies, with an emphasis on secured creditors, across sponsor-led restructurings, debtor restructurings, and related financing and enforcement matters. Candidates should expect a high-volume, high-responsibility practice with significant courtroom and negotiation exposure.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in bankruptcy/restructuring at a major law firm
Experience on large restructurings both in and out of bankruptcy
Track record representing creditors (particularly secured creditors) on transactional and litigation matters
Strong drafting, advocacy, and transactional skills; ability to manage complex matters and client relationships
