Financial Restructuring & Reorganization Associate — Atlanta or New York

Ample opportunity for an associate with 2–4 years of experience in financial restructuring, business reorganization and related bankruptcy litigation. You will join a national team advising on restructuring matters across industries, working on contested and out-of-court workouts and chapter proceedings.

The role requires solid bankruptcy-law experience, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage matters and collaborate with senior lawyers and clients. Candidates may be based in Atlanta or New York; remote/location flexibility will be discussed during the process.

• 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and related litigation
• Demonstrable experience with business reorganizations and contested bankruptcy matters
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on national matters and manage multiple deadlines
