Apply in confidence →Join a growing financial services regulatory team in Singapore advising banks, asset managers, payment providers, fintechs, fund managers and other regulated institutions. You will work closely with senior lawyers on licensing, regulatory compliance and strategic advisory matters across the financial services lifecycle.
Day-to-day work includes advising on MAS licensing and approvals (e.g. CMS, FA, MPI and exempt regimes), ongoing compliance and governance, fintech and payments regulatory issues, cross-border regulatory questions across Asia-Pacific, and drafting regulatory-facing documents and policies.
The role offers high responsibility, direct client contact from an early stage, and opportunities to contribute to business development and thought leadership within a specialist practice.
- Qualified solicitor with 3–7 years' post-qualification experience at a leading international or top-tier local law firm
- Solid experience advising on financial services regulatory matters (asset management, payments, banking, fintech or private funds)
- Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory regime and experience with MAS processes
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy and direct client responsibility
- Commercial judgment, strong work ethic and interest in business development
