Highly regarded Finance team is seeking a first-year associate to be based in the Charlotte office (remote consideration may be limited). The role supports a broad finance practice across structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, and secured and unsecured lending.

Work will involve supporting complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings, acquisition financings and other sophisticated lending transactions. The team offers formal training, strong transactional exposure and opportunities for professional development.

0–1 years' post-JD experience (JD class of 2025–2026)
Demonstrated interest in finance law and complex lending/structured finance transactions
Strong law school academic credentials and excellent research, drafting and analytical skills
Ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate on large transaction teams
