Seeking a first-year associate to join a Finance team based in New York (with possible placement in Charlotte). The role supports a broad finance practice covering structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance, and secured and unsecured lending.

The successful candidate will work on complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings, acquisition financings and other sophisticated lending transactions. The position offers training, mentorship and opportunities for transactional exposure across the practice.

JD (class of 2025–2026) with 0–1 years of post‑graduate legal experience.
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in finance law.
Interest or coursework/experience in structured finance, securitization, fund finance, leveraged finance and lending transactions.
Ability to handle complex transactional work, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a client‑service orientation.
