First‑Year Trusts & Estates Associate — Los Angeles

Seeking a motivated first‑year associate to join a busy Trusts & Estates practice in the Los Angeles office. The role provides hands‑on exposure to estate and trust planning, charitable structures and post‑mortem administration for high‑net‑worth individuals and families.

The position is mentorship‑driven and involves drafting foundational estate planning documents, assisting with irrevocable trust techniques, supporting gift and estate tax planning, and participating in client intake, research and execution of matters. There are opportunities to contribute to business development and practice publications.

• J.D. required; Tax LL.M. a plus
• California bar membership required
• 0–1 years' PQE (first‑year associate level); open to candidates transitioning from other practice areas
• Strong legal research, drafting and organizational skills; interest in Trusts & Estates, tax and wealth planning
