Short-term and contract opportunities for experienced corporate lawyers based in Perth. This role sits within a flexible legal-resourcing team that places senior lawyers on matters such as corporate/M&A, commercial contracts, construction & projects (including mining/resources), and energy/resources work.

The arrangement is designed for lawyers seeking flexible, client-facing assignments: you will work across a range of matters for commercial clients, providing practical, commercially focused advice while managing stakeholder relationships.

This is a consultant/contract role offering control over when and how you work, with dedicated internal support to identify and place you on appropriate engagements.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
Proven experience in corporate/M&A and commercial contracts; experience in construction, energy/resources or related sectors advantageous
Strong stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills and commercial acumen
Current Australian practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
