We are seeking up to ten qualified lawyers to join corporate teams across multiple Australian offices (Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney). Successful candidates will work on complex, market-leading transactions and will have regular exposure to partners and senior lawyers across the practice.

The role involves drafting and negotiating transactional documents, running deal matters, performing due diligence and providing high-quality commercial legal advice. The team supports hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with transactional experience (M&A/Corporate and related transactional work)
Experience drafting transaction documents, managing matters and conducting due diligence
Client-facing experience and ability to lead negotiations and manage junior lawyers
Track record of business development or contribution to pitches, thought leadership or internal initiatives
