Growing Fund Finance team in Charlotte seeks a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of relevant fund finance and leveraged-lending experience. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility on transactions for banks, asset managers and other lending institutions across fund NAV financings, subscription facilities, syndicated lending and related secured financings.

Successful candidates will join a practice handling sophisticated financing matters and will work closely with senior deal teams. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $420,000, dependent on experience and other factors.

3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, syndicated lending, commercial lending or related areas
Experience with fund formation-related financings such as NAV facilities, subscription lines, CLOs, ABL or acquisition financings
Strong academic credentials and solid law firm transactional experience
Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and client-facing skills
