Mid-level associate role supporting a national fund finance practice based in Chicago (open to candidates located in Charlotte or New York as well). The team advises lenders and sponsors on secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance and other complex domestic and cross-border lending transactions.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements, and coordinating with deal teams on structuring and closing multi-jurisdictional financings. The group offers regular exposure to sophisticated transactions and opportunities for professional development within a collaborative finance practice.

2–5 years of transactional experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or private credit
Experience with secured and unsecured lending, syndicated and bilateral financings; cross-border experience preferred
Strong academic record and prior law firm transaction experience
Licensed to practice in the U.S. (or eligible) and able to work from a U.S. office
