Leading regional funds team is hiring an associate (3+ PQE) or senior associate to join its Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The role sits in a market-facing funds and asset management practice advising fund sponsors, investment managers and institutional investors across fund formation, regulatory compliance and fund investments.

The role focuses on fund structuring and formation across regional and offshore domiciles, and on investor-side work including co-investments and bespoke managed account arrangements. Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating fund documentation, coordinating closings and building regulatory knowledge relevant to funds and managers.

This is a highly international practice covering private equity, venture, infrastructure, real estate and other asset classes, with frequent cross-border work and exposure to market-leading clients and complex structures.

Typically 3–7 years' post-qualification experience in funds/asset management.
Strong technical knowledge of limited partnership agreements and other fund documents (PPMs, subscription agreements, management/administration agreements).
Experience advising on fund formation and structuring across one or more domiciles (ADGM, DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, Delaware, Guernsey, etc.).
Track record on investor-side work (fund investments, co-investments, separate managed accounts) and negotiating investor protections.
Excellent academic record and relevant legal qualification; non‑English qualified candidates may be considered.
