Join a flexible resourcing team supporting market-leading asset management clients from its London base. This role offers interim/consultancy assignments across the funds lifecycle, working on fund structuring, offering documentation and distribution matters.

You will be sponsored and supported by a partner-level contact while on assignment and will have access to the firm’s know-how, training and internal resources. Assignments vary in length and complexity, giving exposure to high-quality, international fund mandates.

Qualified lawyer with demonstrable funds experience
Experience in fund structuring, offering documentation and distribution
Familiarity with ESG-related regulation and integration into fund work
Strong drafting and ability to communicate complex analysis clearly
Comfortable working to tight deadlines, autonomously and within teams
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
