Join a leading Hong Kong financial services team advising asset managers and institutional clients on fund formation, regulation and compliance. You will be part of a specialist group handling SFC-authorised retail funds and private funds for professional investors.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and reviewing fund documentation, advising on SFC authorisation and ongoing compliance under applicable codes and guidelines, and coordinating with colleagues and clients to deliver transactions efficiently.

Hong Kong-qualified lawyer; 1–3 years post-qualification experience preferred (overseas-qualified or newly qualified candidates with equivalent experience will be considered)
Practical knowledge of funds management, SFC authorisation processes and regulatory/compliance frameworks
Strong analytical, drafting and client-facing skills; team player with good interpersonal and communication abilities
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)
